Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Wellness Services to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a background in strategic operational leadership and a passion for driving success in healthcare. The Director will oversee clinical operations, achieve performance goals, and support the growth of our wellness services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to meet key performance indicators for operational efficiency, quality, customer service, employee satisfaction and financial viability.
- Lead and manage clinical teams to ensure high-quality care and efficient operations.
- Foster innovation and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with insurance billing and coding practices.
- Travel to clinics throughout Florida and Detroit, Michigan, as needed, to support business operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in strategic operational leadership in a healthcare setting.
- Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage clinical teams.
- Knowledge of insurance billing and coding.
- Goal-oriented and innovative mindset.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Healthcare Administration is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
