Essential Job Functions:
-General Carpentry
-Flooring installation
-Replace lightbulbs and ceiling tiles
-Routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues when necessary
-Minor electrical work
-Outdoor landscaping and trimming
-Moving equipment
-Drywall and Painting
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Excellent communication skills
-Basic understanding of how things work (facility-related)
-Ability to work quickly and effectively
-Ability to use standard powered and non-powered tools
-Problem solving
Require Education and Experience
-Must pass a drug and criminal background check
-Manage their own work and time efficiently
-Drivers license and own vehicle
