What You’ll Do
Provide Specialized Care: Deliver expert-level, cutting edge advanced wound care, including allografting, surgical debridement and management of chronic, non-healing wounds in home-based settings.
Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
Manage Your Schedule: Enjoy autonomy as you travel to patient homes, providing care across Greater Detroit Metropolitan while managing your own schedule.
Document with Precision: Keep detailed, accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
Stay Ahead: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and stay updated with the latest in advanced wound care techniques.
What You’ll Bring
A valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
A valid Physician Assistant (PA) license.
Certification in Wound Care (preferred).
Willingness to obtain Wound Care Certification within 90 days of hire date. CEUs provided.
Ability to work independently.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A passion for patient-centered care.
