Position Overview: The Vice President (VP) of Wellness is a vital member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for driving NIVA Health’s wellness initiatives and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision. This role serves as a strategic partner, executing key deliverables utilizing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to enhance organizational efficiency and performance. This remote role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record of achieving strategic operational goals in healthcare. The VP of Wellness Services will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency, quality care, enhancing customer and employee satisfaction and financial viability across our multi-state operations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Execution:
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute wellness strategies that align with NIVA Health’s mission and long-term goals.
- Utilize EOS principles to streamline decision-making, enhance operational effectiveness, and drive results.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)operational efficiency, quality, customer service, employee satisfaction and financial viability.
- Executive Leadership Participation:
- Actively participate and contribute to weekly, quarterly, and annual Executive Leadership meetings, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Engage in quarterly and annual strategic planning sessions, ensuring wellness initiatives are integrated into company objectives.
- Operational & Wellness Program Oversight:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of wellness programs, ensuring they meet patient and business needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and effectiveness of wellness initiatives.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of wellness services.
- Partner with marketing, finance, and HR to drive engagement and awareness of wellness programs internally and externally.
- Culture & Leadership Development:
- Foster a culture of teamwork, resilience, open-mindedness, ownership, and positivity within the organization.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to wellness teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Travel:
- Travel to clinics throughout Florida and Detroit, Michigan, as needed, to support business operations and evaluate performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or similar field of study (required).
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs in healthcare leadership.
- Experience leading and managing clinical teams with a focus on operational efficiency and quality care.
- Expertise in insurance billing and coding.
- High-level strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented, innovative mindset with the ability to inspire and drive results.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
