Nivea Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

The Comfort Inn and Suites is an award-winning hotel located in Ohio. We pride ourselves on providing a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, including check-in and check-out procedures, balancing cash, reconciling credit cards, answering the phone, and attending to the needs of guests.
- Essential Job Functions:
- Wear required uniform, name tag, and earpiece at all times.
- Greet all guests and provide information about policies, services, and amenities.
- Respond to guest requests, sell rooms to walk-in guests, enter and change reservations in the system, post charges to guest accounts, process payments from guests, make necessary changes to guest accounts, inform housekeeping of any room changes, and listen to and respond to the needs of guests.
- Respond to guest complaints, answer the phone, transfer calls, clean the front desk area and surrounding areas, complete checklists, maintain daily logs, balance the cash drawer, and stand for an 8-hour shift.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive attitude conducive to team growth, hospitality, and serving environments.
- Be willing to complete hospitality training, education on the hospitality industry, and other duties assigned by the supervisor or general manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as a Front Desk Ambassador, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of customer service principles. Knowledge of Choice Advantage is preferred but not required.
