Join our Team = House Person

We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance / grounds person to join our dedicated team at the Hilton garden Inn located in Wooster, Ohio. As a Hotel Houseman you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the property, and follow all Hilton brand standards, and any additional tasks given by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of the lobby, main entrance, and public restrooms of the property.
• Mopping Floors, sweeping hallways
• Respond quickly to any guest issues.
• Keep up on the upkeep of the grounds, including picking up trash, pulling weeds, clean up around dumpster area, and any other tasks given by the manager
• Maintain inventory and supplies and equipment needed for daily tasks
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols and brand standards
• Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, staff, and management
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Preferred experience in facilities, or hotel role
• Complete all work in a timely manner
• Carpet cleaning as needed
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with hotel guests, staff, and management
• Strong leadership abilities with capability of completing all taks given by the supervisor
