Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Outside Sales Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. This position will play a crucial role in driving our catastrophe and environmental services sector to new heights, particularly within the Metro Atlanta market. The candidate will be responsible for establishing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and sustaining growth within the existing client base.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients within the insurance industry, including insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and related professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote Nivek Services Inc. as the preferred provider of insurance restoration services.
- Educate insurance professionals about our services, capabilities, and the benefits of working with Nivek Services Inc.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and promotional materials targeting the insurance industry.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales forecasts, and pipeline management.
Requirements:
- Develop a strategic business development plan targeting key clients and sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Foster existing relationships with clients to maintain customer satisfaction and generate recurring business.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement service improvements based on customer feedback.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to travel locally as needed.
