Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners to educate them about the benefits of solar energy, assessing their needs, and scheduling appointments for customized solar consultations. This is a face-to-face sales role that requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Canvass designated neighborhoods to generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives.
- Qualify potential customers based on their property’s solar suitability and energy needs.
- Schedule in-home consultations for homeowners with solar energy specialists.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold brand standards in all interactions.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Previous sales experience (preferred, but not required).
- Familiarity with renewable energy or solar systems (a plus).
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
