Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through door-to-door outreach and community events to promote solar energy solutions.

- Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities by mentoring new team members and contributing to a positive team environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred; experience in solar sales or outside sales is a plus.
