Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end international trade operations, with a strong emphasis on last-mile services.
- Collaborate with global logistics partners to facilitate seamless international shipments.
- Assist clients in navigating the complexities of international trade regulations and processes.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, trucking companies, and customers to provide tailored freight solutions and a superior customer service experience.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure accuracy and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in NVOCC Import operations and/or customer service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Advanced problem-solving abilities with a focus on logistical challenges.
- A proactive mindset and commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Willingness to challenge conventional approaches when necessary to achieve better outcomes.
- Professional email etiquette and a track record of timely follow-ups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
