As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to help streamline our processes, support our creative team, and ensure our projects run smoothly. This role is critical in maintaining the efficiency and structure that allows our team to focus on what we do best—creating impactful content that resonates with audiences. Responsibilities
- Podcast Outreach & Sponsorships – Identify, research, and secure guests and sponsors for the Making Sparks Podcast, ensuring alignment with our brand and audience.
- Business Development & Marketing – Leverage social media, digital advertising, and other marketing channels to generate leads and drive new business opportunities.
- Client Coordination – Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing active estimates, overseeing project progress, and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Production Scheduling – Work closely with the operations team to develop and maintain a production schedule that optimizes billable hours and maximizes efficiency.
- Software & Data Management – Oversee and maintain internal software systems, ensuring data integrity and reliability for smooth business operations.
- Billable Task Execution – Support the operations team by performing various billable tasks throughout the month to contribute to revenue-generating activities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support and digital sales coordination.
- Familiarity with digital sales platforms and e-commerce tools is preferred
- Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design tools for creating sales materials.
- Strong proficiency in office software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.68 - $19.76 per hour
