Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview
Gear Motions - Nixon Gear Division a successful, growing progressive ISO 9000 registered company is seeking a full time Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position is Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. This position has the responsibility to create, update, and maintain tools to assist the Gear Motions Team in their efforts to drive sales and increase the sales opportunities. Through marketing use of traditional (print advertising), non-traditional (digital advertising/website), in person events (tradeshows) and social media (Linked In, Facebook, etc.) tools, increase awareness and market penetration to enhance Gear Motions presence within the gear manufacturing industry and ensure Gear Motions is seen as an industry leader and potential supply partner.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain social media platforms for the Company by coordinating social media campaigns and managing all social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter).
• Create and implement e-mail campaigns and coordinate e-mail programs in all Company markets.
• Maintain Company’s websites and update content as needed to assure a modern and professional representation of the Company and its capabilities.
• Ad creation and act as a liaison with outside advertising agencies.
• Assist in market research to identify new market opportunities, while maintaining an understanding of current customer market conditions.
• Content creation for blogs, newsletter and social media accounts.
• Update and maintain website content to ensure content is accurate, effective, and current.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Follow customer sales and marketing trends by entering prospects into the company’s CRM system (Salesforce).
• Act as first point of contact for prospective Customers requesting information through digital channels.
• Assist President and Gear Motions Team in measuring and evaluating sales productivity to determine areas in need of improvement.
• Develop sales colleterial for tradeshows.

Pay: $24.04 - $28.85 per hour
