Insurance Client Relations Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and fostering strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to handle various client interactions effectively.

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone and email throughout the year and during the renewal process.
• Assist clients with inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions and policy data in our agency management system.
• Assist producer and client during marketing and renewal process.
• Facilitate flow of information between agents, carriers and insureds.

Qualifications

• Missouri Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health Insurance license preferred.
• 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in an agency setting.
• Market knowledge of coverage pertaining to commercial insurance accounts
• Proven experience in customer service or client relations roles is preferred.
• Excellent typing skills for accurate data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Required computer skills include a strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including Word and Outlook along with the ability to utilize an agency management system.
