Essential Functions:
• Leadership and Teamwork: Use encouragement and coaching to lead the team to consistently hit goals.
• Communication and Collaboration: Ability to work cooperatively with others on a team and demonstrate interest, skill, and success in getting groups to learn to work together.
• Training and Development: Experience with successfully training associates on essential job functions.
• Approachability and Rapport Building: Approachable and easy to talk with, builds rapport, and develops strong team comradery and belonging.
• Reading and Comprehension: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

• Plant Flow and Operations: Understands the plant flow and operates machines on the production line to substitute for absentee associates.
• Housekeeping Standards: Ensures that general housekeeping standards are met prior to shift changes.
• Other Duties: Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
