The Production Lead is responsible for knowing proper procedures and provides effective training to Production Associates to ensure productivity, quality and safety standards are met. The Production Lead partners with Production Management to optimize workflow through the plant and aides in cultivating a positive work environment for team members by encouraging team effort and supportive attitudes between workers.

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
2-3 years of related experience or training.
