Our Private Clients Practice Group is seeking to hire an experienced attorney with at least six years of experience to join our growing team in our Boston, MA office.
This is a senior role in the estate and trust administration team. The ideal candidate will have experience in estate and trust administration for high net worth clients, including probate court procedures, and also the preparation of estate and gift tax returns, and distributions including to and from trusts. Experience with estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax, and also Massachusetts probate court and procedures is required. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, an ability to work well in a team-oriented and collaborative environment, and a commitment to providing excellent client services.
