Responsibilities of a Junior Sales Specialist:
- Build brand awareness and drive sales revenue through various face-to-face local marketing and outreach efforts to promote services and further educate consumers on our clients
- Provide regular interface with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Become an expert negotiator, successfully handling customer objections and account discrepancies to close sales while gaining tips with the Junior Sales Specialist team from industry experts
- Aid in consumer retention, brand growth, and profitability
- Regularly participate in ongoing training, virtual webinars, and brainstorming sessions among the sales and Junior Sales Specialist team
- Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, including the customers reached, presentations completed, orders processed, and any customer relationship issues
Qualifications of a Junior Sales Specialist:
- Professional and effective communication skills in small and large groups
