We are seeking a Legal Research Attorney to join CURE. This position will work closely with the C-Suite Executives and provide legal assistance. The role requires superb writing and research skills.
Other responsibilities include:
Advise organization and C-Suite Executives on legal matters while ensuring compliance and applicable laws and regulations
Research and draft legal documents on corporate matters such as case preparation and strategy development
Prepare reports and presentations on matters as needed
Efficiently execute assignments and consistently complete assignments and meet deadlines
Qualifications
2 years of experience working in private practice
Prior experience as a law clerk
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in legal research tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Capable of working independently and collaboratively
