We’re seeking an Education and Training Curriculum Specialist to develop and deliver top-tier trainings on New Jersey's Law Against Discrimination, anti-bias topics, and other vital civil rights issues.
What You’ll Do:
- Design high-quality educational resources and trainings (virtual and in-person)
- Collaborate with Training Specialists to deliver engaging sessions statewide
- Represent the Division across New Jersey and work with State agencies to promote our mission
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in anti-discrimination training and knowledgeable about anti-bias pedagogy
- Skilled in public speaking, writing, and tech with strong facilitation abilities
- Committed to fostering a discrimination-free New Jersey
