We are seeking an experienced Social Media & Content Media Producer to oversee and elevate our real estate brand’s digital and print presence. This role will focus on strategic brand storytelling, content marketing, and social media growth , working in tandem with our Creative Strategist , who handles videography, photography, and graphic design.
The ideal candidate is a marketing and PR professional with a passion for social media strategy, content creation, and brand development . A real estate background is a plus , and previous experience in social media is required .
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Social Media Strategy & Content Creation – Develop and execute a dynamic social media calendar, crafting high-impact content for listings, events, and brand engagement while managing social interactions and community growth.
- Creative Direction & Brand Cohesion – Oversee the design and production of digital marketing assets, including custom graphics, brochures, and interactive media, ensuring alignment with the company's premium brand identity.
- Website & Digital Content Development – Curate and manage engaging long-form content such as weekly newsletters, website blogs, and multimedia storytelling to enhance online presence.
- Strategic Digital Marketing Execution – Implement targeted digital campaigns, optimize social media advertising strategies, and design marketing proposals to attract and engage high-end clientele.
- Public Relations & Brand Elevation – Cultivate media relationships, oversee PR initiatives, and amplify brand visibility through strategic partnerships and press outreach.
- Photography & Videography Excellence – Capture and produce high-quality visual content for luxury listings and exclusive events, ensuring a polished and compelling brand narrative across all platforms.
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Project Coordination – Work closely with internal teams to streamline marketing efforts, ensuring seamless execution of brand initiatives and content distribution.
- NJLRE Studios Brand Development – Oversee the NJLRE Studios website, shaping its digital strategy, optimizing its presence, and reinforcing its role as a cornerstone of the brand.
