Responsibilities

- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Provide customer service support by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Support financial tasks such as invoicing and bookkeeping (willing to train).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
