New Jersey Spine and Orthopedic is a growing spine center looking to add an energetic, detail-oriented, self-motivated, sale’s minded patient advocate to the team. The patient advocate is a key member of the practice; setting the tone by establishing initial contact with new patients.

DUTIES INCLUE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Scheduling new patient office visits
• Obtaining medical records
• Gathering patient demographics and insurance information
• Timely follow up and reminder calls for upcoming visits or treatment
• General management of patient expectations

Highlights

Monthly Commission, bonus based on quota’s met, yearly base salary increases dependent on performance review, flexible holiday schedule and holiday bonuses.

Qualification:

Education

High School graduate. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience

• One (1) year of experience in a physician practice or clinic setting is preferred
• Experience with, or general knowledge of health insurance
• Experience with, or general knowledge regarding workers compensation and no fault claims
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Office, excel and related systems
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records
• Experience with or in Customer Service-related services
• Experience with or in a Sales related position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
