Location: Hybrid Onsite – Dallas Tx, Jersey city Nj, Tampa FL

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
· Administer, configure, and maintain Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
· Develop and manage Jira workflows, schemes, custom fields, dashboards, and reports
· Implement automation and integrations with third-party tools.
· Ensure system stability, security, and performance optimization.
· Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls
· Troubleshoot and resolve Jira-related issues efficiently.
· Support Agile teams by creating and managing Scrum/Kanban boards and workflows.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement Jira solutions.
· Provide training and documentation for end-users and administrators.
· Stay up-to-date with Atlassian best practices and new features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· 5 years of experience as a Jira Administrator.
· Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, issue types, permissions, notifications, and automation.
· Experience with Jira Query Language (JQL) and scripting tools (e.g., ScriptRunner, Groovy).
· Familiarity with Atlassian ecosystem tools like Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
· Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management principles.
· Ability to integrate Jira with other enterprise applications using REST APIs.
· Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
