Summary : NJ TRANSIT is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to participate in designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to build our brand and increase customer engagement. This individual will collaborate with various internal teams to conduct market and competitive analyses, design and execute promotional campaigns, and lead, manage and deliver projects in support of the brand's positioning and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Marketing or a similar field and have a deep understanding of marketing fundamentals, as well as a strong desire to uncover customer insights and create solutions that surprise and delight customers. Ultimately, the person in this role will help establish the NJ TRANSIT brand in the market in a way that customers will easily identify and select our products and services.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Participating in designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to build our brand and increase customer engagement
- Collaborating with various internal teams to conduct market and competitive analyses, design and execute promotional campaigns, and lead, manage and deliver projects in support of the brand's positioning and marketing objectives
- Establishing the NJ TRANSIT brand in the market in a way that customers will easily identify and select our products and services
- Conducting research to identify market trends and target customers' preferences
- Creating marketing plans to increase brand awareness.
- Leading and managing cross-functional teams and agency-wide projects to accomplish marketing objectives
- Ensuring brand presence in online and offline channels
- Reviewing branding and positioning of products and services, and suggest improvements
- Researching competition and identify opportunities for growth as well as agency recognition
- Designing advertising campaigns for new products / services
- Analyzing, reporting on and optimize advertising campaigns
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure consistency with the product line strategy
- Assisting in developing effective media campaigns and choosing appropriate channels & platforms
