Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for monitoring the flow of clinical appointments.
- Delegation of duties as appropriate.
- Responsible for supervision of physical exams (pre-employments, periodic, DOT, BOR, etc.) and any other clinical appointment.
- Assist with performing physicals, follow-up and return-to-work exams, scheduling, and providing overall assistance with daily operations as necessary.
- Assist with the orientation, onboarding and ongoing periodic training of the department's clinical staff.
- Acts as liaison and clinical resource for other business lines and / or vendors as appropriate.
- Attend assigned meetings as delegated.
- Assist with maintaining compliance with all applicable company / departmental policies.
- Serves as the back-up to the Clinical Manager when appropriate.
- Assists in other duties / tasks as assigned.
- Travel as needed to other worksite locations.
