Summary :
Under the supervision of a licensed Nurse or Physician, assists in performing physical examinations (Under the supervision of a licensed Nurse or Physician, assists in performing physical examinations (vital signs, height weight, vision screening, hearing testing, drug & alcohol testing, point of care testing, phlebotomy, etc.)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Under the supervision of a licensed Nurse or Physician, assists in performing physical examinations (vital signs, height weight, vision screening, hearing testing, drug & alcohol testing, point of care testing, phlebotomy, etc.)
- Assists in the monitoring process for pre-employment candidates to ensure candidates are cleared and qualified to assume their positions.
- Maintains and manages all required medical documents for physicals performed in the medical department.
- Performing general office duties such as filing, data entry, scheduling medical appointments, answering telephones, use EMR (electronic medical records) for performing tests and uploading documents, sending correspondence to supervisors, etc.
- Assists with all medical monitoring and wellness programs, (vaccinations, respiratory protection, hearing conservation, etc.)
- Assist with audit preparations and other assignments set forth by the management team.
