Position Overview:

The Field Marketing Manager at NJB Protection will be responsible for planning and executing trade show participation and other field marketing activities to drive lead generation and brand awareness. This role will work closely with the Marketing Director and sales team to ensure successful trade show engagements and post-event follow-ups.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Trade Show Planning and Coordination

  • Research and recommend 8-12 trade shows annually that align with NJB Protection’s target markets.
  • Coordinate all logistics for trade show participation, including booth setup, travel, and materials.
  • Ensure the NJB Protection brand is represented professionally and consistently at all events.
  • Develop pre-show and post-show engagement strategies to maximize event ROI.

2. Lead Generation and Reporting

  • Track and manage leads generated from trade shows and field events.
  • Ensure leads are properly entered into the CRM and routed to the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Provide regular reports on event performance, including lead conversion rates.

3. Event Engagement and On-Site Presence

  • Serve as the primary on-site representative for NJB Protection at trade shows.
  • Engage with attendees to promote NJB Protection’s services and capture leads.
  • Assist with post-show follow-ups to ensure timely engagement with new leads.

4. Marketing Support

  • Assist with the creation of marketing collateral and materials for trade shows.
  • Support digital marketing efforts to promote trade show participation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.


Qualifications:

Required Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in field marketing or event coordination, preferably within B2B industries.
  • Proven ability to manage trade show logistics and drive lead generation through events.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the security industry or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Quick Reaction Force (QRT) and Electronic Security (ES) offerings.


Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 15% of base salary, tied to event performance and lead generation.
