We are recruiting Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work with adults with developmental and related disabilities in a residential program setting in Edison, Aberdeen, Manahawkin and Manalapan, NJ. The qualified candidate will provide nursing to group home residents while ensuring the general well-being of each individual served.
LPN Job Responsibilities :
- Administers medication and medical treatments as required and completes documentation
- Accompanies individuals to and from medical appointments and activities as needed
- Assists with activities of daily living as needed
- Data entry using Therap (EHR)
- Implements medically prescribed diets and exercise programs
- Completes documentation that is necessary for program operations promptly
