We hire direct support professionals to assist residents with developmental disabilities with daily living activities in a residential setting.
Job Responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional :
- Assist and / or supervise in activities of daily living skills
- Administer or assist with prescribed medication
- Light housekeeping
- Assist with transportation
- Assist in the implementation of individual goals and objectives
- Data entry using Therap (EHR)
- Assist residents in the pursuit of recreational, social, and community activities based on their preferences and individual plans
Job Requirements :
NO certification required
Position Details :
Location : Edison County : Middlesex
Hours Per Work Week : 11 Weekly Work Schedule : Thurs. 5 : 30pm-11 : 30pm & 5pm-10pm
Other shifts are available at this location.
NJID has full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities in Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Somerset Counties.
