Job Description
We are seeking DSPs (Direct Support Professionals) to assist residents with developmental disabilities in residential settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Implement individual goals and objectives
- Data entry using Therap (EHR)
- Support recreational, social, and community activities based on resident preferences and plans
