Description:
- Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional system requirements.
- Need strong experiences in Property ,Casuality expense and auto insurance experiences
- Document business, functional, and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to support system design and implementation.
- Analyze and optimize business workflows and processes to enhance system efficiency.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and system demonstrations.
- Create data flow diagrams, process models, and user stories to support development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future state business processes.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, and troubleshooting issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new system functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in business systems analysis or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling (BPM), UML, and SQL queries.
