We are seeking an experienced and outstanding Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect for one of our esteemed clients.
Role: Salesforce Marketing cloud Architect
Location: Dallas TX
Duration: Longterm
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Translate business needs into well-architected technical solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, considering integrations with other systems (like Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and external platforms) and handling large data volumes.
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical design sessions, create and maintain architectural documentation, and provide guidance to development teams.
- Platform Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Interaction Studio, Audience Builder, Analytics Builder, Content Builder, Personalization Builder, etc.) and how they can be best utilized.
- Data Architecture: Design and implement data models, data flows, and integration strategies to support personalized and targeted marketing campaigns. Advise on ETL best practices.
- Integration: Architect and oversee integrations between Marketing Cloud and other systems using APIs (REST and SOAP).
- Release Management: Manage the release process for large Marketing Cloud implementations.
- Performance and Scalability: Design solutions that can handle high data volumes and ensure optimal platform performance.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure solutions adhere to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and security policies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, IT, and potentially external partners to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Pre-sales Support (Sometimes): Participate in discovery sessions, technical deep-dives, and the development of Proof-of-Concepts for prospective clients.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, releases, and industry trends.
