Role: Salesforce QA
Location: Hybrid Onsite Tampa FL, Jersey City, NJ
Duration: Long-term
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track defects using a bug tracking tool.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Conduct test data preparation and maintenance.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide feedback on usability and user experience.
- Assist in training end-users on new functionalities.
- Stay updated on Salesforce features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Tester or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, architecture, and configuration.
- Proficient in writing and executing test cases and scripts.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
