Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with over 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and high-quality coding standards.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.
- Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and apply new features and updates as necessary.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and configuration.
- Proven experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flows, and Workflow Rules.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and security concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
