Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing solutions across various ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
The role requires deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and SPM modules.
- Customize and configure applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations.
- Implement platform-wide enhancements, including performance optimization, security, and automation.
- Build and maintain CMDB integrations and Discovery patterns for ITOM.
- Support asset lifecycle management processes using ITAM.
- Develop HR workflows and onboarding processes within HRSD.
- Support project and portfolio management capabilities under SPM (formerly ITBM).
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create technical documentation and perform knowledge transfers to other teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and governance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 9 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong experience with key ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SPM.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
- Solid understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Orchestration.
- Experience working with HR workflows, COEs, and lifecycle events in HRSD.
- Background in project and demand management, APM, and Agile modules in SPM.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
- One or more additional certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CIS-HR, CIS-SPM) preferred.
