We are seeking a skilled and proactive SharePoint Developer with hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint migration projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting SharePoint applications and workflows that improve business efficiency and collaboration. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver robust, scalable, and modern digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using SharePoint Online / On-Premise, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Lead and execute SharePoint migration projects, including content analysis, planning, and execution (e.g., migrating from SharePoint 2013/2016 to SharePoint Online).
- Build and customize business applications and forms using Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps in Power Apps.
- Create and automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate (Flow).
- Customize SharePoint sites using SPFx, JavaScript, JSON, and other front-end technologies as needed.
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.).
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation for all developed solutions and processes.
- Follow best practices for governance, security, and compliance within the Microsoft 365 environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 9 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer.
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online / On-Premise development and customization.
- Proven experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with SharePoint migrations using tools like ShareGate, Metalogix, or native methods.
- Knowledge of SPFx, REST APIs, PnP, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, jQuery).
- Experience with Dataverse, SQL, and integrating Power Platform with external data sources.
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
