2ND SHIFT SUPERVISOR - MONDAY - FRIDAY 4:30PM - 1AM WITH MANDATORY OVERTIME AND SATURDAY WORK DAYS BASED ON BUSINESS NEEDS
Pay Rate starts at $21.45/hour plus $2.30/hour shift differential for 2nd shift.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Will supervise and coordinate NKP Logistics associates with duties consisting of, but not limited to: data entry, customer contact, picking, packing, packaging, loading, unloading, inspection, storing and shipment of incoming and outgoing products. Will have inventory control and scheduling responsibilities. Will have a variety of duties, must be able to work necessary overtime, and be willing to attend outside classes in order to upgrade supervisory skills and capabilities.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
¨ Possess an Associate Degree or equivalent experience
¨ Must have strong data entry, personal computer and clerical skills.
¨ Good communicator, dependable, and maintain accurate filing system.
¨ Must possess strong supervisory background.
¨ Position will be very paperwork oriented, so must be able to pay attention to fine details, and must have inventory control experience.
¨ Must be people oriented with the ability to supervise and coordinate the work of others.
¨ Must be flexible and have good problem solving skills.
¨ Must be able to work overtime.
¨ Must be willing to assist General Associates in completing all work requirements.
