Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints for kitchen design projects.
Utilize your expertise in European cabinetry lines to create innovative and functional kitchen designs that exceed client expectations.
Present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
Provide detailed quotes and estimates for proposed projects, outlining costs for materials, labor, and additional services.
Converts design proposals into sales, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to execution.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve design offerings and stay ahead of competitors.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Kitchen Sales/Designer, preferably in a high-end market catering to clients in Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Palo Alto, and Saratoga.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2020 or Chief Architect software for creating detailed design plans and renderings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
A passion for design and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

- Creating Ideas: Creativity and Attention to details and Accuracy
- Computer Skills, Main software AutoCAD
- Other Software Knowledge is a plus
- Chief Architect is a plus
