What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen and Bath Designer/Sales position at NKBA?
Cabinet Solutions is Affinity's sister company and has been serving the cabinetry market in Arizona since 2010. During this time, we have developed a spectacular reputation for customer service, design, and cabinetry.
We currently have an incredible team of people in all areas of our business (Design – Sales – Operations). With an established showroom in Scottsdale and a brand new showroom in Gilbert, we are seeking a full time Design and Sales Professional to join our team. We are looking for a positive and outgoing person with experience in cabinetry sales and design. Working knowledge of 2020 and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.

Organized and Efficient - Positive Solution Oriented - Self Starter – Creative in Conceptual Design and Presentation - Good understanding of the Sales process and communication - Attention to Details - Thoroughness and Accuracy - Team player – Value Others - Both Coworkers and Customers - Good Communication and People Skills - Ability to read blueprints and scale drawings.
Compensation Package
Training wage $25-$30 per hour (DOE), then $19/hour plus commission and bonuses
