Position Objective
- The Kitchen and Bathroom Designer is a dynamic position which requires someone with the design skills to re-dimension rooms, by moving walls, and design in the company’s 3 cabinets lines to create gorgeous kitchens. This designer will be designing and selling in a gorgeous 10,000 SF showroom, and will not have project management responsibilities. The company’s strategy is to focus designers on customer relationships and design, and employ other employees for other parts of the remodel.
The Sales Designer has 3 areas of responsibility:
- Initial meeting with customer in the showroom.
- Needs analysis and price conditioning.
- Build a relationship based upon expertise and nurturing the customers ideas.
- Designer must have 4 years of 2020 Spaces and must have proficiency in the latest release, with at least 3 cabinet lines.
- Designer must be able to demonstrate kitchen design expertise and be able to show examples or their work.
- Sales Designer must have spatial design expertise as well as decorative design expertise. Customers require hand holding throughout the entire process.
- Manage the “Selection” process with clients (help pick out tile, cabinet color, hardware, etc.)
- Competitive Pay: $60k-$120k . Starting salary depends on experience.

- Extensive experience with 2020 Spaces Design. Experience with other CAD programs are not a substitute.
- Professional presentation and demeanor.
- Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
- Problem solver.
- Proven ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Reliable and prompt.
- Each candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of 2020 CAD software experience. (The company checks references and validates experience)
- Interior Design degree is a plus.
- Residential experience is required.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Thiis is not a remote position. The Sales Designer must work out of the showroom and keep showroom hours.
- Candidates must live within the North Fulton/Atlanta area.
- Ability to pass a background check.
