Key Responsibilities
Project Management:

Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects.
Review blueprints and plans to determine the scope of work and material requirements.
Carpentry Skills
Perform high-quality carpentry work, including framing, drywall installation, cabinetry, trim work, and finishing.
Install and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and other materials.
Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
Problem-Solving
Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
Suggest improvements to processes and techniques to enhance overall productivity and quality.
Safety Compliance
Enforce safety protocols and ensure the work environment is safe for all team members.
Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to promote awareness and compliance.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a carpenter, with a minimum of 5 years in residential construction.
