- Accurately read a tape measure and perform necessary math skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in tool usage and maintain a strong understanding of their application.
- Perform precise layout and drill-out procedures for panel assembly.
- Assemble and install electrical components as per specifications.
- Possess strong knowledge of electrical control theory.
- Excel in wiring operation stations (Op-stations) and control panels.
- Troubleshoot input/output issues and provide effective solutions.
- Perform motor control and start-up testing to ensure proper functionality.
- Perform prewire technician duties and manage cable installations.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure products meet NKC's high standards.
- Control materials efficiently, ensuring the proper inventory and usage during production.
