NKE Safety Apparel, a market leader in the Fire Retardant and High-Visibility (Hi-Vis) apparel industry, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented National Sales Manager with a proven background in Fire Retardant (FR) apparel sales to lead and drive our nationwide sales strategy. This key role will involve managing large-scale customer accounts, building relationships, and spearheading growth initiatives across the country. We are looking for candidates preferably located in Texas to better serve key markets. If you're a strategic sales professional with deep expertise in the FR market, we want to hear from you. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and meet business objectives, with a focus on Fire Retardant (FR) apparel
  • Lead the national sales team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance. 
  • Manage relationships with key national accounts and distributors in the FR industry, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships. 
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders and cross-functional teams to align on objectives, product offerings, and market needs. 
  • Identify new business opportunities, including untapped markets and strategic partnerships, to fuel nationwide expansion, particularly in the FR apparel sector. 
  • Regularly analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations and adjustments. 
  • Represent NKE Safety Apparel at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, building the company’s brand and network on a national level. 
  • Travel as required to maintain customer relationships and attend sales meetings. 

 

What We're Looking For: 

  • Proven experience as a national or regional sales manager with a strong background in Fire Retardant (FR) apparel sales
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale accounts, developing sales strategies, and leading sales teams within the FR industry. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer needs within the FR apparel or related markets. 
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage a nationwide territory. 
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive company-wide growth initiatives. 
  • A clean and valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide for client and team meetings. 
  • Candidates based in Texas are preferred for this role.
