Construction Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to following safety protocols on the job site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate hand tools and power tools as directed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting objects.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is preferred.
• Experience in concrete, asphalt, & utilities is helpful.
• Communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 60 per week
