Position - Sonographer/Ultrasound Tech - General
Location - Lagrange GA
PAY rate :
- TRAVEL pay - $2300 - $2500 weekly gross | 40 hrs
- LOCAL candidates will be considered at local rate
Position Type - Contract
Duration - 13 weeks (potential to extend)
Shift details : Days, 4x10s, 7 30A-6P
Qualifications:
- Registered Medical Sonographer or Reg Cardiac Sonographer - CCI / Reg Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer
- Preferred (any) : Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography program (or) Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program (or) 1 year of Echocardiography experience
- Preferred : One year of clinical experience
- Required : BLS
Responsibilities
- Perform sonographic examinations to assess and monitor maternal-fetal health.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to obtain accurate diagnostic images.
- Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and medical imaging protocols.
- Provide compassionate patient care and effectively communicate findings to patients.
- Maintain certifications while staying updated on medical terminology and advancements in obstetric sonography.
