Location: Buffalo, NY ( Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)

Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy PowerBI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to meet business requirements.
- Focus on requests to provide detailed and accurate reporting solutions that support decision-making processes and comply with audit requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end process of PowerBI solution development, including data integration, transformation, and modeling.
- Create and optimize complex queries for efficient data retrieval and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver meaningful insights through reports and dashboards.
- Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and performance of PowerBI solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring best practices in PowerBI development and data visualization.
- Stay up to date with the latest PowerBI features and enhancements, incorporating new functionality into existing solutions.
- Assist in migrating legacy BI systems to PowerBI, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
- Maintain and update existing PowerBI reports and dashboards based on changing business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
