Role- Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Sr. Consultant

Duration- FTE

Location- Richardson, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Indianapolis, IN, Horsham, PA., or Raleigh NC (Day1 Onsite)

Client is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Sr. Consultant with multiple upgrade and implementation experience, covering all modules of Oracle Cloud HCM. This position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders, own end to end responsibility and accountability in driving activities such as gathering requirements, conducting conference room pilots, configure the system, coordinate system integration testing, user training & acceptance testing

Required Qualifications:

· Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Indianapolis, IN, Horsham, PA., or Raleigh NC, or be willing to relocate to one of these areas.

· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

· At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

· Experience in Oracle fusion cloud HCM

· Extensive experience in these modules - Core HR, Compensation, Benefits,

· Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle

· Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis

· Recommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans

· Identifying functionality gaps and developing solutions for them

· Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations

· Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems

· Lead and conduct CRP, SIT and UAT

· Developing end-user documentation and training materials and delivering the end-user training

Preferred Qualifications:

· Oracle hands on functional experience with basic technical knowledge (ability to query transactions/link between tables)

· Working experience on Core HR, Compensation, Benefits

· Experience working on SQL queries

· Required to have production support experience in Fusion cloud projects

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· To be able to work in Global delivery model with offshore team as onsite coordinator.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,469.00 - $140,008.00 per year
