*Candidates must live in Virginia and be able to go to Clifton Forge, VA (not Clifton, VA) location to pick up laptop
*Candidates must be willing to come to Clifton Forge, VA once every 60-90 days for staff meeting

• This position is a new role to be the subject matter expert (SME) for our CrowdStrike deployment. The role will be responsible for maintaining the current installation of CrowdStrike and all of its feature sets as well as new implementations through the product.
• This position would also maintain the Tenable deployment for vulnerability scanning throughout the enterprise.
• Any new configurations would also be deployed by this individual. The position will also assist in supporting the M365 E5 Environment, multi region Azure deployment and other customer services.
• The selected candidate will be added to an on-call rotation that will be one week a month.
  
• Work requires excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with a high technical skill level.
• Position requires frequent interaction with employees, customers, technicians, analysts, and specialists to troubleshoot problems related to the use of single and/or multiple information systems.
• Work may include creation, installation, and modification of software, testing, and documentation on a variety of platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete assigned project responsibilities under limited supervision.
