Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Provide administrative support and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience as a law office receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, especially when managing files and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Mac/Apple computers is desirable.
