We are seeking an accomplished Senior AI Solutions Analyst with a focus on NLP to oversee a roster of existing clients, ensuring our AI solutions meet their business objectives. You will serve as a crucial technical advisor, navigating the integration of AI technologies into clients' operations while balancing both business and IT priorities.

Solution Delivery

Essential functions and responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary technical consultant for AI implementation strategies.
• Align AI solutions with client business requirements.
• Clearly communicate phased implementation plans to ensure swift ROI.
• Develop presentations on model performance and adoption statistics.
• Prepare technical documentation for the engineering team.
  
  

Strategic Planning

• Engage in Client Discovery sessions to represent AI innovation.
• Craft and articulate AI roadmaps designed to tackle client business challenges.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities within client processes.
• Contribute to the sizing and scoping of new projects.
  
  

Model Optimization

• Work with team on the development of monitoring systems for production models and automation.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of expected vs. actual performance metrics.
• Pinpoint areas for quantifiable enhancement in current solutions.
  
  

Proof Of Concept Development

• Engineer and supervise the creation of pilot solutions on the AI roadmap or improvements to existing systems.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years creating machine learning models for production environments.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of the AI/ML landscape with the ability to rapidly adapt AI solutions to client challenges. Proficient in linking AI/ML solutions to specific business problems and managing associated risks in production.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline. Strong grasp of statistical principles.
• Business Insight: Profound understanding of key business drivers and the ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent at fostering trust, building confidence, and guiding AI/ML adoption through strong communication.
• Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence with strong teamwork abilities, capable of empowering product, engineering, and delivery teams by promoting openness, transparency, and continuous learning.
